Abstract
Using AWS Snowflake, the goal of this project is to quantify customer sentiment and use this information to improve customer service at Office Depot. The end product is a generated report that indicates where improvements are needed in order to increase positive customer sentiment. Community Benefit: Increased focus on local customer and businesses resources will provide a better customer experience and help the local economy.听
