How to Apply

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

1. ��COMPLETE THE
   

   Add Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic under the"My Colleges" tab.

   Wilkes Honors College does not use the “Courses and Grades” section on the Common App. Instead, you will submit your courses and grades through the STARS (Self-reported Transcript and Academic Record System). See Step 2.

   Note: When considering both the main campus in Boca Raton and the Wilkes Honors College in Jupiter, students should submit only one application. If you have already applied through Florida Atlantic's application, email hc�����Դ�ɼ���@fau.edu to request consideration for the Wilkes Honors College (include your name and Z#).

2. CREATE YOUR STARS

   STARS: Self-reported Transcript and Academic Record System

   You will receive an application acknowledgement email from Florida Atlantic (2-3 business days) including instructions to check your application status. For STARS, go to and click on the STARS option. After entering STARS credentials, submit it to link it to your Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic application. 3. SELF-REPORT YOUR TEST SCORES (SAT/ACT/CLT)
   Self-report your test scores through the application status portal at .

TRANSFER STUDENTS

Complete Florida Atlantic's application and check the box that indicates that you would like to be considered for the Wilkes Honors College in Jupiter. To strengthen your Wilkes Honors College application, we encourage you to submit a resume and/or academic research paper. Please email these supplemental materials to the Wilkes Honors College at hc�����Դ�ɼ���@fau.edu.

Transfer applications and all supporting transcripts must be received by the transfer application deadline of July 1 for Fall and November 1 for Spring.

Note: Students who have earned college credits while in high school apply as first-year students through the (e.g. dual enrollment, AP credits, IB or AICE, etc.).

An application option that allows students to apply by March 13 and receive a decision on a rolling basis.
